Occupational Therapy Services

The child’s parent, teacher, physician, or healthcare provider may refer him/her for service. Individual treatment needs are determined following a comprehensive evaluation and may include 1:1 treatment, group treatment, or consultation.



When allowed, services are provided at the child’s school during the school day to maximize the therapeutic benefit and carry over into the classroom. Frequent and ongoing communication between teacher, parent, and therapist is a fundamental component in T.O.T.S treatment success.

Includes a comprehensive educational/medical history review, an initial comprehensive OT evaluation, and one team meeting consultation to review assessment findings and recommendations - $600

T.O.T.S is an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies. We recommend you contact your insurance company regarding your out-of-network Occupational Therapy benefits.

You may also use Health Savings or Flex Spending benefits to pay for your child’s Occupational and Speech Therapy services.
