Professional Overview – Shannon loves her work as a pediatric occupational therapist, helping kids and families reach their fullest potential through personalized intervention. She specializes in facilitating nature-based therapy outdoors for kids to grow in their self-regulation, body awareness, motor skills, and sensory processing through the intentional incorporation of nature. She is passionate about advocating for the holistic wellbeing of children and ensuring they are set up for optimal success at home, at school, and society.

Rachel Smith - Billing/Scheduling Coordinator

Rachel has over 25 years of office experience. Her background as a paralegal has equipped her with strong organizational skill, attention to detail, and a knack for managing complex administrative tasks. She enjoys working with the therapists and families to ensure the scheduling requests are met and transitions are as smooth as possible. Rachel oversees and coordinates all billing and scheduling at T.O.T.S.

Alicia is an experienced occupational therapist with a diverse background in both pediatric and adult care. She has worked in independent schools, public schools, outpatient, and inpatient settings. She has specialized expertise in developmental delays, sensory processing, motor coordination, visual motor-perceptual challenges, and handwriting intervention. Dedicated to collaborative care, Alicia partners closely with families and teachers to support each child in achieving their fullest potential.
