Lisa Carter - Office Manager

Education - Finance and Economics, BS - Buffalo State University

Professional Overview – Lisa has over 15 years experience working in an office environment managing scheduling, billing and customer service. Lisa enjoys her role interacting with and supporting the team as well as communicating with parents on a daily basis.


Shannon (Joyce) Schmitt - OTD, OTR/L

Education - Health Sciences, BS, Psychology minor — University of Cincinnati
Doctorate in Occupational Therapy  – The Ohio State University 

Professional Overview – Shannon loves her work as a pediatric occupational therapist, helping kids and families reach their fullest potential through personalized intervention. She specializes in facilitating nature-based therapy outdoors for kids to grow in their self-regulation, body awareness, motor skills, and sensory processing through the intentional incorporation of nature. She is passionate about advocating for the holistic wellbeing of children and ensuring they are set up for optimal success at home, at school, and society. 


Jannylle Pitter - MS,OTR/L

Education – Physical Education with Specialization in Disability Studies, BPhEd- Brock University | Occupational Therapy, MS – D'Youville College | Educational Leadership, EdD - Wingate University

Professional Overview — Jannylle is adept at fostering collaborative relationships with families, educators, and children. Her commitment to teamwork is evident in her approach to addressing and improving occupational challenges. She specializes in helping children enhance their fine motor, visual motor, and motor planning skills. She prioritizes listening to each child’s needs to build effective therapeutic relationships and support their development.


Ali Grimaldi - MS,OTR/L

Education – Health and Occupation, BS- Elizabethtown College, Occupational therapy, MS- Elizabethtown College  

Professional Overview – Ali has extensive experience with sensory processing difficulties, fine motor, gross motor, visual motor/perceptual, handwriting and self regulation challenges. Ali values a collaborative approach in order to help every child find success. Ali is certified in the Handwriting without Tears Program and Therapeutic Listening.


David Ngo - Therapy Assistant

Education - Exercise Science, BS Pre-Professional - UNC Charlotte

Professional Overview - David is an aspiring pediatric OT with many hours of shadowing, learning, and developing his knowledge in the OT field. He has a resourceful approach to problem-solving, tackling challenges head-on, and he considers obstacles learning experiences.


Molly Klein - MS,OTR/L

Education - Health Science/Occupational Therapy, BA - Springfield College | Occupational Therapy, MS - Springfield College

Professional Overview - Molly has experience in schools and outpatient clinics treating children with sensory, fine motor, visual perceptual, and handwriting difficulties. She enjoys collaborating with teachers and caregivers to help children thrive in a variety of environments. Molly loves helping kids build skills that bring joy and confidence to their lives.


Brooklyn Morton - COTA/L

Education - Associate of Science in Occupational Therapy Assistant Studies, AS - Cabarrus College of Health Sciences 

Professional Overview - Brooklyn is a new COTA who enjoys serving children alongside parents and their support team to help them reach their fullest potential in all areas of life. She values creativity, adaptability, and autonomy in her treatment sessions. Brooklyn has a passion for serving children in foster care and helping them learn to thrive through life's challenges.

Heidi Tringali, MS,OTR/L - Owner/Occupational Therapist

Education – Psychology and Special Education, BA – Hastings College
Occupational Therapy, MS – Tufts University

Professional Overview – Heidi specializes in treating children struggling with sensory issues, handwriting, motor planning, and fine motor challenges. She loves having parents and caregivers involved in the treatment sessions. Heidi values the parent-teacher-therapist team and works to ensure strong communication between all members of the child's team.
